Cell Evolution Analysis

The CEA software operates by analyzing sets of cell culture images at distinct observation points T1 and T2. The cell cluster regions denoted as regions of interest are extracted automatically. The areas of the regions are then determined and used to compute the cell evolution rate. CEA can also determine the cell proliferation rate by counting the cells within the ROI

Modes of Operations

CEA offers two modes of operation for the flexibility and convenience of the user

1. Batch Mode:

This mode provides convenient, user independent operation and batch processing of images without need for user intervention.

2. Calibration Mode:

This mode allows the user to customize CEA behaviour according to his/her special needs and requirements and also enables the user to change the speed and accuracy settings along with the cell counting and accuracy settings along with the cell counting and artifact rejection settings.

CEA provides an intuitive, easy-to-use point-and-click interface GUI that enables users to select images in either batch or calibration modes and store the results in numerical as well as visual formats.
